Return & Refund Policy

At Artistic Blooms, we carefully prepare and arrange every order before it is delivered. As our flowers and floral arrangements are fresh and perishable, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

No Refunds

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection of flowers or arrangement

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Failure to receive the order at the provided delivery address

  • Customer no longer wanting the order

  • Delays caused by the customer or circumstances outside our control

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing and delivering your flowers. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged or you receive an item that is substantially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please send us:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the flowers and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the situation and, if the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

If the recipient is unavailable or the provided address/information is incorrect, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply. No refund will be issued for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable.

Cancellations

Because our arrangements may be prepared specifically for your order, cancellation requests must be made before the order has been prepared or dispatched.

Once preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
