At Artistic Blooms, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your flowers and products reach you safely.

🌸 Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are currently available for delivery in selected areas of:

  • Karachi

  • Lahore

  • Islamabad

  • Rawalpindi

Fresh flower delivery availability may vary depending on the specific location and flower availability.

🎀 Artificial Flowers

Artificial flowers are available for delivery all across Pakistan.

🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not fixed and are calculated according to the weight of your parcel.

All orders are dispatched through TCS, and the applicable shipping charge is determined based on the parcel's weight.

The final shipping cost will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

⏰ Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight and shipping arrangements

  • Traffic and road conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • TCS or other delivery-related delays

For fresh flowers and important occasions, we recommend placing your order in advance.

📍 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Please carefully check the recipient's details before confirming your order.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery team or TCS may contact the recipient or customer to arrange delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required because of an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

🌷 Fresh Flower Substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal and their availability can change.

If a particular flower, color, or greenery is unavailable, Artistic Blooms may substitute it with a similar flower or material of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall look, quality, and value of the arrangement.

📦 Damaged Orders

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch.

If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the flowers or product

  • Clear photos/videos of the packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Artistic Blooms is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, road closures, public holidays, courier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
